【資源】美國簽證 Sevis Fee 繳納教程（針對J-1申請人, DS2019）

本教程針對美國簽證J-1申請人繳納Sevis Fee，同樣對F-1申請人具有指導意義。 注意：繳費完畢后所獲得的 電子版收據(jù)即可 作為SEVIS fee 收據(jù)，可供簽證時使用！本教程提供了PDF版下載，請點擊此處獲取PDF ----------------------- 1. 點擊進入在線支付網(wǎng)頁：https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/  2. 點擊圖中紅框所示按鈕“Proceed to I-901 Form and Payment”進入支付支付頁面 2.1 Form Selection Before Proceeding: You must have a complete and accurate I-20 or DS-2019 to complete the Form I-901 online and to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee. If you do not have an I-20 or DS-2019 or if the information on the form is incorrect, contact the school official or exchange visitor program sponsor for a copy of the form before you continue. You must be able to print the Form I-901 payment coupon or payment receipt when you complete the form online. Ensure a printer is connected and working before continuing. You cannot return to the page and print the coupon or payment receipt at a later time. If you have questions: • First, check the I-901 FAQ page at www.ice.gov/sevis/i901 • If the answer to your question is not here, then contact the I-901 Helpdesk at (US) 1-212-620-3418 • Or, email us at fmjfee.sevis@dhs.gov Caution: Do not pay for a dependent child or spouse who is on an F-2, M-2, or J-2 visa. There is no I-901 SEVIS fee due for a dependent child or spouse for these visa types. 注意：F-2，M-2 和J-2簽證申請人，請 不要 繳納該項SEVIS Fee費用！Do not pay again if you know that you have made a mistake after you submitted your information. Instead, send an email to fmjfee.sevis@dhs.gov and explain what information may need to be changed. Do not click the back button on your browser during your online session. Instead, use the navigation buttons provided on each page. Do not access other websites in the same browser window or open another browser window during your online session. Your session will end. Do not save or bookmark pages during your online session and try to access them later. The saved webpage will not work. Do not call or email the SEVIS Program Office to ask if your I-901 online payment was received. Instead, click the "Check Status" button and you can check your status online.  2.2 選擇DS2019表的支付 填寫姓名，生日，DS2019 ID 號碼（該號碼在DS表中的位置請詳見DS樣表）  填寫完畢后，點擊“Enter”進入另一頁面。 2.3 填寫郵寄及DS表詳細信息 在這一頁面中，共需要填寫三方面的信息：1）郵寄地址信息，該地址要保證平郵信件可接受，如果在后續(xù)的操作中，選擇快遞收取，則需要填寫可接受快遞的地址。注意快遞需要額外支付35美金；2）個人信息，包括性別，出生地，出生國，國籍；3）DS表及護照信息，其中的護照號碼可選填，所以在沒有護照的前提下，原則上也可以繳納SEVIS Fee，“Exchange Visitor Program”一項及“Exchange Visitor Category”一項的所需信息均可在DS表中找到，所在位置請見DS2019表樣表。  2.4下一步是核對已填信息步驟，確認無誤后點“Continue” 2.5選擇收據(jù)郵寄方式，如果是選擇快遞則填入聯(lián)系電話，隨后選擇支付方式，一般選擇信用卡，使用信用卡支付時需要的信息包括：卡號，卡片有效日期，及3位校驗碼（簽名欄附近7數(shù)字的后三位）。  2.6 完畢后，打印付款確認頁（即電子收據(jù)）  3. 查詢支付狀態(tài)，或電子收據(jù)打印 如果繳費完畢沒有來得及打印電子收據(jù)，則可通過check status 功能再次打印，網(wǎng)址為：https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/dhs/loadSearchPage.do  輸入相關(guān)信息后進入：  點擊“View”進入電子收據(jù)查看與打印  DS2019樣表如下  [ Last edited by chenjc18 on 2011-6-2 at 23:42 ] |
